PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Fitness training can come in many different forms, such as using weight lifting, aerobic machines, running, walking, sports and calisthenics. 

 

My mission is to identify the areas where you need or would like improvement and focus on helping you develop a simple approach to achieving your fitness goals. 

 

Programs are designed based on your access to facilities, equipment availability, your schedule and your desired level of fitness. 

 

Programs are designed to facilitate independence, however, if you desire a continuity of personal training then that service is available as well. 

 

My approach will incorporate my good working knowledge of body systems and medical conditions and my extensive work in the physical therapy field.
